I absolutely loved my stay at this place during New Year's! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a great view. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and even assisted with arranging transportation. Plus, I appreciated the free washing machine and the option to pay with card.
The only downside was some noise at night, possibly from machinery. However, the hotel provided ear plugs for light sleepers like me, which helped.

Liked every moment there. We stayed here for 1 lovely night. Met the host, who gave us good tips. The room was fashionable and spotless, a TV set and a kettle were available too. It was in a good place. In fact, the property was not far from hectic Ho Chi Minh, the main sights and the city center.

We loved our stay at Simone's Shophouse. It was our first night in Vietnam for our month-long trip. The room is in a great location, close enough to walk everywhere but also in a nice quiet area. The hosts provided recommendations for places to eat and get coffee, which was perfect for our first visit to the city. They even left some helpful Vietnam guide books. The room had everything we needed and we were able to leave our luggage on our first day. we loved it and highly recommend.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Simone's Shophouse are perfect for a solo traveler like me. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay - private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and even a microwave. It's like having your own little home away from home.
Although some units have a balcony, I personally didn't find it very appealing. But hey, that's just my opinion.
